Days of Summer...

We're back from vacation feeling rested and rejuvenated! Despite more frequent feedings than we were used to at home (for all of us, not just Jake!), we managed to have a very restful week away. It's always nice to come back home, but looking at these pictures now, I do wish the beach was just outside our doorstep, rather than a drive away.

This year's memorable moments include:

• Quinn being able to reach the pedals in Andrew's kayak, and even steer!
• Jake dipping his toes in the lake Wednesday afternoon. Loved it!
• Quinn scoring the winning points in the horseshoe game Thursday night.
• Jake outgrowing his newborn diapers, and not being able to find Size 1's anywhere in the local town!
• Jake eating every three hours — in the cabin, on the beach, at the horseshoe pit...
