Gratitude: Day 89

So grateful for my breakfast oatmeal, my mid-morning banana and almonds, and for that oh-so-delicious Granny Smith apple in the afternoon. The fish? Yah, I’m over it. The results I’m seeing to date however, are so worth it. Yahoo!

NB. Down 4lbs in 4 days!
