Gratitude: Day 121

Yesterday was the last day of my 5-week shred.
Summary: Lost 13lbs, about 5% body fat, and several inches.

Today was the “After” photo shoot…
So grateful for Marshall Page, my amazing posing coach, and for Nat Hanson for making me laugh so hard my abs looked half-decent :)
