After three days and nights of alarming heat + humidity, last night’s 11° and brisk winds were ‘refreshing’ to say the least. So grateful for the amazing fluctuations in Ottawa’s weather patterns. Always something to talk about!
Oh! As a side note, we had a GREAT meeting with Kyle from Live 88.5fm (Ottawa’s #1 rated Rock station) about radio spots for the gym… FUN!
