Gratitude: Day 158

A little bird flew into the gym this afternoon. It was frantic, of course, aiming for every window. Marshall attempted to catch it with a towel, though it escaped and headed straight into the back mirror. As expected, the bird collapsed to the floor. Elsbeth Vaino was there with a client who quickly scooped up the little bird and placed it gently outside for nature to take it’s course. I am unaware of its fate to this moment. Grateful today to be surrounded by people who care so deeply for Mother Nature and her creations.
