I was recently inspired by friend and associate trainer Elsbeth Vaino to lift heavy again. My personal best for Deadlifts was 5 sets of 6 reps at 155lbs, just over a year ago.

Today, just for fun and after not training regularly for several weeks, I thought I’d see what I could do, even out of practice. Here it is… Nice.
