Gratitude: Day 289
Today would have been my Grandmother’s 95th birthday. She was such an elegant, classy lady… with a subtle but powerful sense of humour. So grateful for her lessons in fine china, setting the perfect table, and for my favourite Grandma treats of butterscotch ripple ice cream, jellied salads, shortbread cookies, and the BEST pie pastry ever.
