Gratitude: Day 116
Wicked sore abs today, after a rather grueling six-pack workout yesterday. “Ski jumps, kettlebell roll + press, 30-30-30-30s, and dynamic tension ab crunches” = OUCH. So grateful for my brutal personal trainer.
