Gratitude: Day 132

Thanks to technology, and the wonders of connection between friends, I was elated to see my friends, Kelly, Craig, Cierra and Nolan Hammel come through the doors of the gym today for a surprise visit. Your smiles + hugs made my day. So grateful for every moment with you. We need to book a thousand more.
