Gratitude: Day 290

At the Centre this morning, surrounded by about 7 other women. No guys in the house. Dancing Queen by Abba came on the radio. I looked at Elsbeth (another trainer) and asked, “Feel like dancing?” She grinned, we cranked the tunes and all enjoyed an impromptu 3-minute dance party. It was awesome, hilarious, and spontaneous. So grateful for moments like this.
