Gratitude: Day 319

Have been waiting weeks for Quinn’s pre-school daycare provider to open her new deli, Lazy Pickle Inc. The doors opened today, so we made a point to stop in for an early supper on the way home from Stittsville. Great to see such a conscientious woman pursue her dream: healthy food for everybody! So grateful to Julie for feeding my son amazing meals while he was in her care (ages 2–5), and for such a great new venue to add to our “easy favourites” list.
