A little something I am exceptionally proud of today:
On May 23rd, I started training with Marshall Page. I bench pressed 55lbs, 15 reps, 2 sets. My arms burned the entire time, and for an entire week afterward.
Today, 12 weeks later, I bench pressed 100lbs, 8 reps, 2 sets.
Now that is progress.
In Marshall’s words: Believe. Persist. Achieve.
“And I’ve only just begun.”
You can do it too. Just make one simple change to your diet or your movement, and you will see results. With results, comes motivation. With motivation, comes success.
