Was inspired to bake today… First Banana Bread then Apple Streusel Muffins. Managed to scorch the tip of my fingers through a damp oven mitt. After hearing me scream and drop the loaf tin, Quinn jumped up from his computer game, rushed to my aid, and threw on the cold water tap for me to cool the burn. So grateful to him for his compassionate First Aid.
Good news: Fingers and Banana Bread were saved.
